Description: Plantation Pineapple Stiggin's Fancy Rum was distilled in 2008 in Trinidad, this Plantation rum underwent both tropical and continental maturation, having been matured in ex-bourbon casks in Trinidad and finished in France in Ferrand Cognac casks.
TASTING NOTES
• Nose - Floral and woody notes on the nose.
• Taste - The palate is zesty and fruity, with notes of orange, lemon tart, melted white chocolate, mango and cocoa.
• Finish - Nutmeg and oak spice in the finish.
