Description: Don Julio 1942 is a small batch Anejo named after founder Don Julio Gonzalez-Frausto Estrada, who first distilled Tequila at the age of just 17 in 1942.
TASTING NOTES
• Nose - The aromas are a combination of butterscotch, dried grass, and old wood.
• Taste - On the Taste, the tequila is full and creamy with white pepper, mint, and cinnamon joining in on the sweet caramels.
• Finish - The Finish is long with a Taste reminiscent of churros (fritters) dipped in Mexican chocolate.
