Description: Fullish straw with green hints. Strongly varietal with a twist of complexity - punchy and perfumed with jasmine floral, passionfruit, lemon balm and Thai basil then the more mineral and savoury – cordite, wet stones, white flowers. The palate has both depth of flavour and polish. Even, textural with a lime leaf acidity that carries the wine to a long, persistent finish.
